This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Vision Plywoods (GSTIN 33ABAFV3607K1Z8), a plywood and core veneer manufacturer at Flat No.: 1/5/33, 33A, 33B, 33C, 33D, Sedapatti Road, Agaram Village, Thadikombu, Dindigul - 624709, Tamil Nadu, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vision Plywoods, and “you” means anyone who visits the website or contacts us through it.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

  • Quote form: your mobile number, name, delivery city or town, the product you are interested in, the thickness (optional) and the number of sheets.
  • Technical details sent with the form: your browser type (the “user agent”), which helps us spot spam.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you share when you message, call or email us using the links on this site.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, to run and protect the website.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and discuss your requirement;
  • contact you about that enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email;
  • keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and serve you better;
  • protect the website from spam and misuse; and
  • meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

5. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who help us run this website, and only for that purpose:

  • Supabase, which stores the enquiries sent through the quote form;
  • Resend, which delivers the email that tells our sales team about a new enquiry;
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.

These providers may store or process data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to a government authority or court.

6. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other links

The map of our plant is provided by Google Maps. It loads only when you scroll near it or choose “Show map”; once it loads, Google may collect information and set cookies under its own privacy policy.

WhatsApp, phone and email links open other apps or services. When you use them, the provider of that service (for example WhatsApp) handles your data under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it

We keep website enquiries for 2 years from the date we receive them, after which we delete them, unless we need to keep them longer for an ongoing order, a dispute or a legal or tax requirement.

8. How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly readable and can be accessed only by our website's server and authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • delete it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for or for a legal requirement;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity.
